Character Age: 15
Physical Discription: Tall with spikey black hair and dark black eyes.
Distinguishing Features: He has a scar along his shoulder from where his arm was cut off and reattached.
Personal History: Touma is a psychic of the highly advanced Academy City. Officially, he is a level 0 psychic, the lowest level with no power, but that is only because his power is immeasurable. As such, he is seen as a failure of the Power Curriculum Program.
Personality: A bit of a slacker, but when determined, he will do anything to complete his task.
Special Skills: Touma's ability is that of the Imagine Breaker. Located in his right hand, he has the ability to negate the effect of ANY unatural power such as magic and ESP. Unfortunately, Imagine Breaker also negates his own good luck, leaving him with problems any normal man would have been able to avoid.
Weaknesses: Other than his Imagine Breaker, he has no special skills, meaning he is no stronger than an average 15 year old boy. But perhaps his biggest weakness is his seemingly endless bad luck.
