Physical Description: Tall, wears a hat. Has green hair and an eyepatch over his right eye.
Distinguishing Features: Eyepatch, white suit.
Personal History: Used to work for the IBI and then became a sweeper(Bounty Hunter).
Personality: Conserved for the most part, always trying to keep his cool. Abides by a strict gentlemens code to always protect women and children.
Magical Abilities/Special Skills: Right eye has the ability to see into the future. Carries around a briefcase with loads of tricks and traps in it. Doesn't use guns.
Weaknesses: When looking into the future he loses most his stamina and can barely move.
